Cancellations

To cancel an order, please login to Your account area and select the relevant order to cancel it. You do not have to give a reason for cancelling an order.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for any Goods unless Goods are damaged or defective. If You need to exchange damaged or defective Goods, please send us an email at orders@bejouh.co.uk.
Refunds for cancellations and returns
Please note that refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on the payment method used, the time to receive your money can vary. Please allow up to 14 working days to receive your payment.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are only able to issue a refund with actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
